The Chicago District is funded to provide communities and other governmental agencies limited engineering, economic, and environmental assistance to address pressing problems. Some examples would be:

• Evaluation of Drainage on a Public Open Space
• Aid in Designing a Wetland
• Calculating the Ability of a Road to Handle Increased Traffic
• Virtually Any Request in the Public Works Area
