Regional Permit Program Notification Requirement:
General Condition 23 (K) states “Where an appropriate watershed plan is available, the applicant must address in writing how the proposed activity is aligned with the relevant water quality, hydrologic, and aquatic resource protection recommendations in the watershed plan.” The District has provided a link to list of watershed plans that the District has determined are appropriate. If an appropriate watershed plan is available, the applicant shall review the plan, preferably in the planning stage of their project and determine if any of the hydrologic, water quality and aquatic resource protection recommendations contained in the watershed plan would be appropriate to implement for your proposed project. A written narrative would be provided to our office for review.
The following are considered appropriate watershed plans by this office:
